Being able to set up a vote start for private games

Is it possible to set a vote start for games you hosted yourself?

For example typing !votestart 4 and this enables others to do votestart.

Edit: I mean when you host using ent private hosting.

Yes, you can tell people to type "I vote to start the game." and then when you see four people do it, type !start force.
