Interested - But after the experience with the old HR bot it's a waste of time and bot that could run another game.

The HR bot was a good start for LIHL - After LIHL was created the bot was completely empty

I don't think a bot with these rules would work out. The reason being is that there are too many rules. Now you may being saying that I'm crazy and that there are only two but just look at it this way. The main rule of the 1v1 Legion TD bot is no mercing right? Unfortunately there are a lot of people that break this simple rule. Now if there are people that can't follow one simple rule, then do you really expect people to follow two?

I'm not saying it's a bad suggestion but enforcing the rules on it would be too difficult and it'd lead to a lot of games being ruined. However, if there is a mode that prevents these rules from being broken then maybe it'd work. But at the moment I just don't see how it'd work efficiently.
