Rule player violated: Abusing barricades, stealing mines

The said violator began spamming unnecessary barricades in the red player's base from 0:17 to 0:42. He claimed that red "stole" his base, but according to the rules in F9, players can't just ping a place on the map and say that base is his. Red already asked in Chinese for him to remove those walls but he refused to listen. Red even asked him to read the rules in F9, which blue again ignored. Abusing barricades was only the first rule he broke.

At around 1:01 he stole the teal player Dark_Canibal01's top right mine. Teal was the one who walled up that base, hence according to the rules in F9, blue can't just barge in and claim the mines there. Teal didn't object because his English isn't very good, but that doesn't mean he gave blue permission to steal his mine. Blue's actions forced teal to expand the 1 o'clock mine, which at 6:36, was also stolen by blue. Orange was the one who did most of the walling of that mine, and teal walled a little. However blue did not contribute one wall to the security of that mine and just claimed it. At around 8:30, orange, a Vietnamese gamer whose English also isn't very fluent, expressed his disapproval by pinging the mine and saying "wow blue". Though neither players clearly asked blue to leave, they were obviously disgusted by blue's illegal actions.

Please ban this player for the two rules he violated.
