Pretty necessary simple command change

I have thought about this before, but I didn't realize how problematic it was until recently reminded viewtopic.php?f=10&t=19966&p=92473#p92473 that the command that pops up for -kickafk # should in some way be able to be recalled if by chance the team does not kick the person before it disappears. Would it be possible for the command to repeat every minute or two minutes past the 5 minute appearance to solve this problem? Or would it be possible to display the command in the chat log?
