Rule player violated: Morganblack feeds intentionally, sold items, and purchased bunch of scrolls to teleport directly at enemies. Dimorte would not vote kick out the feeder and keep on killing Morganblack.
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): It was after 5-8 minutes of the game.
Any further thoughts: Morganblack got angry when I asked him to leave my solo middle lane after he gave away the first blood, so he fed opponent mad and sold items. While that is going on, everyone voted except Dimorte. The worse is that Dimorte just keep on killing the feeder, please ban him as well.

True, this behaviour is awful, more than leavers... The problem is that we need 9 votes to votekick and there is always one who won't kick. Can't you get it to 7 Votes ? Like that there's no kick abuse and no ruin by one who is maybe the feeder's mate
