AREM joining bug

I whisper the bot for game names with the !g command, and it lets me see the ENT AREM game, but I am always unable to join. It will freeze and "grey out" the menu for a minute or so, then tell me the game can't be found. I know the AREM games work because friends of mine play them, but I have never been able to get in one. I am a regular ENT player and can't imagine I'm under any sort of ban, especially from only one game type. Does anyone have an idea what might be happening?

Try disabling any firewalls you have running.
