ELO System.

Tbh, in pretty much every multiplayer game that uses an ELO system I've always heard complaints.

I'd recommend switching to Microsoft's MuSigma more commonly know as TruSkill. Also it looks like Microsoft has been removing all references to MuSigma as the original name.

But I've seen it used in assorted non-commercial projects (which nobody complained about the "elo" system) which I assume ent counts ask.

TrueSkill converges faster than ELO for new players, but that's pretty much the only major difference.
