Hey There,
Sure thing.
846910:
846507: Votekick here was against players excessively lagging. But I'm glad you brought this up. Please note the below player comments & times for insight into "manners".
RearmofChaos 00:43 - 2:42 - good draft discussion between me & this player regarding strategy.
RearmofChaos 5:43 - 6:32 - Fighting with player HoLeefuk - name calling & excessive flaming.
8:55 - 9:11 more info on the votekick against the lagging player if you're interested.
RearmofChaos 19:30 - 21:46 - Player RearmofChaos continues flaming multiple players for an extended duration (he was pretty much just being an ass the entire game) - both teams. Over & over with the name calling & flaming. Notice my comments @ 21:28 & 21:46 - I try to get him to settle down & relax - to stop the flaming & overall nonsense. I feel my "manners" in this game are above par. Despite player RearmofChaos's constant childlike trolling, I maintain composure.
846387: I'm honestly not sure what this votekick was for. I believe he was lagging excessively & then towards the end he wouldn't FF with the team.
That sums it up I believe. I'm a little confused on your inquiry into in-game manners - after reading the game logs, I'm not seeing much - just a lot of flaming & qq from other players. I think I made all of 12 comments in those 3 games combined. Please let me know if you have additional questions or if I'm missing something.

Sure thing.
846910:
I called jungle @ 00:16 in & when I expressed this to teal, this was the response I was given(00:16 / Allied) Mossberg: jungle
. Quite rude. Reading the chat log now, I see teal called jungle before I did, so I was in the wrong - yet I was unaware. Teal never mentioned once that he called jungle before me. Had he done so, I would have left the woods without question. Hopefully this explains the votekick.(05:40 / Allied) XXXTIMEXXX: watch me go woods

So, as a mod, if someone took jungle from you or if someone on your team wouldn't FF, you would !kick them?

Great question, Edge. The short answer is, whether I would or I would not depends on what is advised by ENT Leadership/Admins. If kicking for that reason is not valid/appropriate, then I would not kick.
However, I do think that sealing lanes/jungle etc...can fall under game ruining.
Example: A junk build steals middle from the team int support - say MC/WW/Stunner - that has a huge negative impact on the team as their main support doesn't get the lvling needed.
If agreed that the above is a kickable/bannable scenario, then I can't see stealing jungle being any different.

Re: Moderator App Mossberg @USEast
Honestly I hadn't given VK that much thought. I do believe that the majority of my VKs are due to lagging players - I'd say at least 70%. They could be reduced & I could be more patient. I'd honestly rather play a 4v5 than play through constant lag timers - but patience is a virtue.
As for VKing players who are just "bad" - guilty. I won't say that I've never done that. However, far and few between.
To answer your question- with power comes responsibility. Currently I represent myself & my clan. If I become an ENT admin, I will have to adjust - strictly follow the rules & bare in mind that I represent ENT, not only myself. I believe an ENT admin's role in games is to ensure rules are being followed, represent clan ENT in a positive light & of course, have fun! But you tell me - what do you think an admin's role should be?
I'm not going to go into too much detail here. I think we both understand the importance of team oriented play. I believe that LoD actually requires more team play than REG DotA. I'll just say that certain builds are better suited for some lanes than others. Teams than utilize & organize the best laning structure are more successful than those who do not.

Also there is no such thing as "stealing jungle" or whatever. Dota is a team-game. Not a 1 man army, going rambo. Maybe LOD is different, but it's still 5v5, and not 1v5 for a reason.

Re: Moderator App Mossberg @USEast
He is asking you to post ban request where you helped other players who post, such as someone who posted a ban request for mh but didn't give any fog clicks. You decided to help by using FCD or something to check for clicks and then post these clicks in that ban request. This will then help the admins out in going over it to check those specific time's that you posted. It doesn't have to be clicks, it can also be you watching the whole replay and giving an opinion about it which helps the admin in deciding if the person being accused is at fault or not.
