Ingame dota admins

After this game: https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=1821801 I came to think about the admin situation. I am regularly playing on the ap euro bot. I got 500ish games, and in less than 10 of them I have encountered an admin! In my opinion, it would be nice to see some more admins playing on the ap euro bot.

My suggestion: advertise for 3-5 admin positions, preferrably europeans. Admins that can perform ban and kicks ingame on gameruiners - like in said game. Maphack-suspicions are posted on the forum. The admins should have an eye to notice maphackers.

Purpose: Clearing the worst gameruiners by ban and kick, ingame. Showing the gameruiners that ent got some active admins on the ap euro bot, and that their actions will have consequences.

Cons: With great power comes great responsibility -> abuse of admin powers.

Today I played one game with an admin. That makes it 20/550 games with an admin ingame. I never see any admins ingame, so don't tell me otherwise.
I have never seen beer and the other admin you claim play regularly (I play almost daily on the ap euro bot).

The admins should be allowed to
1. Warn
2. Ban gameruiners (not maphackers, they are reported on the forum)
3. Kick players who intentionally ruin games, like the one in the game I linked in the original post.

Ye i don't play So often in ap bot , So when there is Like 1-2 admins playing sometimes , it is very hard to catch all the gameruiners , We Are doing the best We can.

but you Can always report or if u want u can apply for mod

LOL, you got Gurke on your team that game. I feel bad for you. Just banned him for 1 year, he's a ban dodger if you're wondering.

I don't really think we need to search for more mods. It's pretty easy to become one if you apply

I can play on the euro bot sometimes if there aren't enough mods over there.. dunno how bad my delay will be though.

hmmm I know that agreements often play on ap euro bots , beer or hunter tend to play apem but they also play on ap euro bots sometimes xD. That is more than enough. i don't think it will really change things as most of regular game ruiners are ban dodgers, because they don't care being reported and banned.

Staff with in-game powers already have the ability to do what you listed here.

Thanks for your suggestion but we're not desperate for admins.

We got 3 style of admin.

1. The normal admin, which plays games using his nickname.
2. The "invisible" admin which plays games using fakes accounts *I do that a lot*
3. And our best admin, the public which ban people using the ban request forum.

I appreciate any help you can provide but I do not know how to please you saying the true which is.. if euro ppl wants to be admin, they should apply for it.
So what are you waiting for?
ps. we do not invite ppl to be admin, they can go after their true desires.
