drop command

i would like to suggest at you to enable !drop command for normal owners.
the synclimit is low and there is many users thats dc many times without dropping so they make the game sucks.

As far as im aware it should work. Else you can simply adjust synclimitt with !synclimit value

drop command is not working, i tried it many times.. also normal owners dont have the right's for edit the synclimit only admins can do that.
