Brief introduction:My name's Adam. My favorite color is purple, but I also like orange. My favorite brand of gum is Trident Layers. I'm currently in my second year at the University of Toronto, I plan on taking a double major in computer science and aerospace engineering. My favorite sport is rugby (not many Canadian schools endorse football), though I haven't played in two years. Now that you know so much about me, I hope we can be the best of friends.
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate)? Limitless, due to my lack of interactions with the outside world.
What is your current time zone? Eastern / GMT -5:00
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: I've been playing Warcraft 3 and Island defense for eight years. I was a BGN admin before the hostile takeover by Ent gaming, and I've been a moderator for many bots which names I have since forgotten. I've been the leader of three clans and am currently a Shaman of Clan BTI.
Why do you want to become a game moderator? To prevent delinquency from ruining games and consequently my ELO.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community? My vast knowledge of Island Defense and a passive aggressive attitude that will surely brighten your day. I'm an active player (unlike the current Island Defense moderators) and will be able to moderate plenty of games, to prevent any disobedience. I'm well aware of the rules and will enforce them justly and without much prejudice.

Your brief introduction is umm kind of strange...
What do you mean consequently my elo? I see your elo is very high in ID.
It looks like you want admin for powers, and so you can kick game ruiner so they don't affect your elo.
You can always add more info to your application and make it better for a better chance of getting approved.
In my opinion you don't impress me yet, but you can always change that. Good luck.

Would you like me to post on other peoples ban requests to prove whether I understand the rules? I didn't think this would be relevant seeing as moderators make the final decision and the rules are straight forward, I'll try to keep that in mind next time I browse the ban request section.

I also enjoy long strolls on the beach, so call me up if you get lonely and I'll give you something to be impressed about.

I have no intention of applying for Admin, I don't have a superiority complex. I just want to moderate games to prevent them from being ruined. But, I will also check the forums and deal with ban request when necessary.

Posting fogclicks/suspicious event times on MH requests helps immensely.

I wouldn't mind an ID mod around (I personally have no idea what it is,but still). I would like to see, like the others said, how you interact with the requests of others. Also, given his statement, "and consequently my elo," I would monitor his in game admin power closely

To be honest I don't care much about elo because the current system is extremely flawed and irrelevant. The statement was intended as an inside joke towards the island defense community (this topic of discussion has been prevalent in the island defense community since the elo system was appended to the map). I was sure this would be mentioned even if I did not do so in my application so I decided to make light of it myself.

Island defense is basically a cat and mouse game, you have to destroy the titan's mound before he kills you. PM me sometime and I'll show you how to play.

It's EOL, not ELO, because now it divides the score by some random factor I think 5 if you're builder.
