Need more admins/moderators

Ban section has 2 pages of un answered ban request we need some more people to moniter it and approve/deny them... please.

Do you think posting here will change anything? I work two jobs and go to college full time so I do as much as I can.

That's not realistic, I have to pay my bills and sustain myself. I do ban appeals, complaints, and other forum work. I do as much as I can. Sitting down and watching replays takes time and it's time that I don't have right now, I might have that time in the future but for now I can only do what I do currently. It's not feasible. For appeals you usually don't need to watch the replay unless it's for something severe like ruining/MH
