Any further thoughts: Kikin0 started the votekick but CallmeV, Barandoo, ghdtnahr7, Saymini123, Dot. and MingGinue all voted yes. Kikin0s reason for votekick was that i got the skill Refraction.

Hi all, yes, he had so much time and still he wanted 3 random skills - one of them was refraction, which as you know, bugs the game and make people drop. thats why we votekicked him.

Kikino, there is nothing in ent rules forbidding me to pick Refraction. Even if it is as bugged, (I know nothing about this) as you say I was willing not to even skill it and i didn't. You had no reason to kick me.

Given that TA's refraction does indeed cause desyncs when used, the kick could've well been a precautionary measure.

However, the instant jump to votekick was the wrong approach. Can clearly see he randomed the last 3 and was prepared to make a compromise for potential issues with said skill.

This said, only kikin0 will be banned for such. No other enforcements necessary as the kick in itself could've, as stated, been under valid grounds of potential bugged skills.

Also, while it may not be specifically mentioned in the DotA/LoD rules, any skill(s) which are obviously bugged and are tied to issues as serious as this - it will fall under our general ruling of glitch/exploit.
