Forfeit rules
Hey, I was wondering if something could be changed about the forfeit rules on the Ent bot for dota. Currently, you can forfeit at any point, which is okay, but a little ridiculous. On dotacash, you have to wait 30 minutes, which is also ridiculous. So I was wondering if there could be a slight rule change and have a minimum forfeit period, say 15 minutes. I've had games that end at minute 8 from a forfeit, which is crazy. There could also be a leaver rule that allows for an earlier forfeit. I just wanted to see what other people thought about this.I think it is a great idea and could use some work, but the early forfeit, in my opinion, does ruin the game from time to time.

Re: Forfeit rules
I'll list a few reasons why I see it fit:
-It doesn't encourage people to try and win. I've had games I was losing and 4/5 people forfeited, and then we came back to win. The game isn't necessarily decided in 8 minutes, 15 is a better determiner.
-It also ruins the game for people if they don't have much time to play. For example, a friend of mine had time for one game, we spent 10 minutes waiting in the lobby and ended up with an 8 minute forfeit. There is no point in playing if the it doesn't even last 10 minutes.
-Another minor and insignificant reason is how it ruins stats.
-The last reason is because it never allows people to get better. You get better by playing and seeing better players play. If you ff in 5-8 mins, you not only learned nothing, but wasted all of that time to not even practice.

Re: Forfeit rules
This has already been discussed: viewtopic.php?f=43&t=9798
I don't see any reason to discuss it again. If !forfeit is restricted, the team could leave the game instead (and not get autobanned since game would end immediately after they all leave => not enough gap between leaving and end of game). So it's pointless to do that.
