excessive afk - longer then 12 minutes had to unhost.

lihl36e; 14 min after we decided to unhost; To add, on Isuk`s defense did mention he would afk shortly but no more than 2~3 min as i could recall. I really dislike posting reports like this but we goto keep lihl games going instead of these delays :/
