game closed for no reason. wc3 bug(?)

Why you should be unbanned: https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=11359359 The game loaded then my game closed by itself.
2nd ENT account because I forgot my old account's password and I deleted my old e-mail address a long time ago.

Right after loading, the game closed.
