I think he did a lot of good things for the community with his ban requests. He did some mistakes but looks willing to improve. I think you guys could give him a chance to be a staff.

I don't think that someone like him would change his mind in 1 month. Moreover if he wants to help the "community" as he said, he does not need to have admin's position. He can still give his opinion on the ban requests and help like other people like me or else do. As far as I am concerned I think that someone who got this sort of behaviour even in the past is not suited to be a GM. Moreover, I considered that if you got banned for so many games ruined in order to boost his friend's aka, you should not apply for being an admin anymore because you have lost your credibility.

Anyway I have given my opinion, I let you decide for the rest, it is true that he was really active these last months. That is the only good point I see for his application.
