After Review,

9:45 walks bot lane after a small conflict of who called mid first. (pit lord called mid first)
I don't think he fed on purpose. he just played the 2v1 very badly.
26:00 and further on he doesn't do any grief on purpose.
He only says he's going to game ruin but doesn't do it imo.

He ends the game 6-9-4. I don't see any game ruin or grief mostly just words said.
I don't think he should be ban.
