Have you done a ping test on your net? try pinging http://www.google.com (cmd prompt > ping http://www.google.com -t)

It will give you a close to accurate ms reading to your exchange.

It is not my connection I have a good connection when I do a ping test with my clan bot. When i join the game and ping, I have 19 to 40 ms. But when during I switch from 90 to 250 ms every 30 sec... I think within all my 800 games on this bot, half of them were with lags or spikes, 1-2 weeks with lag, then 1-2 without. There is no end to this.

The bot just dropped [ENT] Island Defense #45, so something is wrong.

I moved bot to Atlanta server now, with Cogent probably European players won't lag anymore on that one.

Hey guys, just wanted to say that a number of players including me are experiencing major lags throughout the game. For me personally it varies between 110 - 140 MS, which makes it extremely difficult to play. Although when I play Dota, it works perfect

No, Europe realm has problems with shadow connections (it thinks there's connections that don't actually exist, so it's restricting bots from connecting from same IP), use ENT Connect or other realms instead.
