After reading the chat log i see that neither you, GGEasy, nor bilbotanks, told KraySpanks that he shouldn't solo send. Giker and Krayspanks sent together lvl 1. You and bilbotanks sent lvl 2. Neither of you told Giker or KraySpanks to not send alone. In fact, I (Ghoultown) was the first person to inform KraySpanks that he should not send alone - and also tell him that this game does not have a lumber cap, which he didn't know. KraySpanks have most likely played LTD at other bots with no save-settings: it's counterintuitive for those players to save lumber. After he received word of no lumber cap, he did cede to send alone, until a communications mishap at lvl 13 and he solo sent then. But at this point you had no heals left, and we would have won the game level 17 anyway, no matter if you sent 16 or 17. Him being new to the game with lumber levels á la 7/0 at lvl 10 is not a reason for ban either.
Since neither of you told him explicitly not to solo send, and since both parts kept insulting eachother, it is no reason for ban. He was new to ENT and ENTs rules, and as far as i know the rules states something along the lines of ".. dont kick new players for being new". It was your responsibility, as an advanced player of ENT, to explain the game settings of the ENT bot. I myself have been in the same situations as this one, and i kindly explain the fellow new player what the rules are at ENT. When you stay friendly, most times the new player will obey your requests for teamplay.
This is my defense for not being banned; i did not vote to kick KraySpanks because i look at him/her as a new player and want to give them a chance. Whatever insulting they did toward bilbotanks and GGEasy is nothing of my concern.

This said, there was no communication at this point what rounds to send. I feel bilbotanks should be warned for his behavior as this is not conducive to teaching newer players, I feel that if he was nicer, then he would have likely cooperated more.
Krayspanks should be banned for solo sending and flaming.
As far as votekicking is concerned, when it was clear that teal would no longer play in team, it was time to votekick.
This said:
giker, kel'thuzad, ghoultown should be banned for not votekicking.
bilbotanks should be banned for flaming.

Saving the game is a bannable offense per ENT rules.
Also, ENT does not encourage new players to leave a game. It is your responsibility to teach, NICELY, how to play to newcomers. You were also very toxic in this game and if you were reported, there is a good chance you'd have been warned or banned for saving, as well as flaming, as it was incredibly uncalled for.

Do not pause the game while playing in order to distract players and hinder gameplay. Do not save the game.
Also, ENT does not encourage new players to leave a game. It is your responsibility to teach, NICELY, how to play to newcomers. You were also very toxic in this game and if you were reported, there is a good chance you'd have been warned or banned for saving, as well as flaming, as it was incredibly uncalled for.

@Xaneri You have been warned about your attitude in the past. Fix it in future. As stated in a comment above, it is uncalled for and you are responsible for helping new players as opposed to flaming and votekicking them without at least trying (the former is still uncalled for).
