Processed appeals/request and awaiting adm conf

Atm at the sub forum: Processed appeals, Processed Ban Request and Awaiting admin confirmation the users can create a new topic. I think should be locked. Some noobs start a ban/appeal requests at processed requests because they don't know how to manage the forum very well or because they dont know english very well. And i think is not necessary be abble to create new topic at that sections.

Are you sure users can start a new topic in processed appeals/requests? I was under the impression that regular forum users didn't have the permission to post in those sections, let alone start new threads.

Nope, noobs cant. Only admins and mods have access to create new topics in Awaiting Section.

Just to be clear, they have no permission to create topics. They have permission to read topics in processed appeals/ban requests and they have access to reply topics in the awaiting admin confirmation.

Some noobs start a ban/appeal requests at processed requests because they don't know how to manage the forum..

actually, some admin moved that thread to the wrong forum, it happens.

I just tested all 3 forums with a regular user account:
Processed Ban Appeals: Cannot create a new topic, or add posts
Processed Ban Requests: Cannot create a new topic, or add posts
Awaiting Admin Confirmation: Cannot create a new topic, CAN add posts
