ilocos_norte starting games early

I told several players before reinstalling gproxy that I would brb, and ilocos swapped in 2 players and did not wait the 5 minutes that is given. He started the game early and swapped players in early.

Ilocos_Norte unvouched 4 hours as a warning; this is unacceptable, whether it is for me or the other player you swapped an obs in for.

I might not have a screenshot, but I can confirm that when Nore came back, he typed !gn and it showed "lihl88v 4 minutes ago".

I had no info about that and neither did people in lobby knew. All we knew was you were offline when game was open

So, if a player is offline when signed, that is a green light to start the game early? This is exactly the kind of logic that led you to this point; we've never had a policy stating that a player has to be online pre-5 minutes to play. That is nonsense; whether I was in channel or not, I had a right, just as any person, for the 5 minutes allotted, and you not only broke the rule but didn't even say sorry or anything, just a simple "hf" when I contacted you.

That showed me you did not care and would most likely do it again, so I am not going to give you the benefit of the doubt now that you are here posting on forums. You broke the rules, took no blame for it, and didn't even apologize for wasting my time (and potentially occupy's time) who also was not given a chance to properly get in the game because you abused your owner privileges. Next time there will be a stiffer penalty, but hopefully it won't come to that.

It doesn't matter who took it; I had a screenshot of my own but the patch removed the SS folder in my WC3 so I had someone in-game do it for me. Who it was literally has nothing to do with what happened. The proof is there, and even without the SS, ENT moderator kiwikiller[qq] was in channel and confirmed here that it was indeed less than 5 minutes, so SS or not you were caught red-handed.

I dont want to comment this case but i really dislike mods handling their own cases. Thats highly unprofessional, so pls open a case like everyone else and wait for a different mod to edit it. That should count for every game where a mod is involved.

ENT is working the same. Staff members can process their own requests and I think this is fine. I trust morderators to be unbiased and to know their limits. I am sure that if Nore thought he would have made a biased judgement, he would have asked another mod.

I also think that its np proccess his own request. In any case, we all have the right to ask for a second review to a different md.

In any case, this one was clear enuf to not need 2nd review
