@Crey size of the folder you are supposed to open is about 504 kt. Is that size of the folder you opened?
Some boys talk about not being afraid a man with a gun - Until it pops off, you don't even see where they turn - Using excuses about running to get his gun - But when we see him, he is hiding underneath his bed

Re: I can't connect to bnet
@Crey
@Kreutertee found the problem with my computer and the patch, the special character that i got on my user account (the é in Cédrick)i use on my laptop tked the patch. There's few solution that he sent me, option C worked here.
a) if you use a hotmail.com/live.com or whatever microsoft related account to login to your windows 10 tk, then you can't just change the account easily in windows but need actually go to https://login.live.com and login with your credentials. Then you can change your name on the left side, should say "Change name "somewhere" and you'd need to select something without special characters like é è ê or whatever. Then restart your computer, login again and try (fresh install)
b) you use a local account, which only exists on your computer, which you can change in windows. therefore, well i dont know exactly the way to get there in french, but hit Windows + X key, then select something like "System control", then select "User control". There you should be able to select manage your usernames. Select your account, hit "Rename account", then change it to something without special character, then restart computer, try again to start wc3.
c) no matter if a) or b) would fit you, you can also try creating another administrator account on your computer in addition to your "Cédric" account, which remains untouched. this would the same way as described in b), just find the "add user" tab. Add a new admin user and then try playing as this user. Alternatively, (if you can still follow me), you might be able just to run it as the newly created admin account, while still being logged in as "Cedric". you know, when you right click the "Frozen Throne.exe" file, you can select "Run as administrator". and if you have more than 1 admin accounts, you usually will be asked as which user you want to run it. Then you could select the new user. But this is just speculation, you'd really need to try this.
If you try this, don't forget to uninstall the game on your main user account, then reinstall on new administrator account. Hope it help you, it worked for me.
