Player applied during that time and was accepted to a trial phase.

His skill is below or equal to average.I observed sometime he has problems in tower placement and often late pushes.Besides that he has an irritating behaviour (shittalking to all after game is won for example) which i consider to be a clear sign of a immature player.
Overall i believe he stil has things to learn in 1200+ bot and clearly not yet rdy for lihl.

I agree with what @Dimitrakis_2001 said and also i want to add that he doesnt hear any advices from other people in his team and thinks that he knows better about all builds, also he trying to force team follow his calls even if they are not right but he wants to. His skill is not bad, but behaviour needs to be improved!
