man its real 1 week unvouching? only for cant play a game i was sign but was my fault im sorry but i cant play dat game cause im shiting on my pants i say it on last game anyways i see games when one cant play and they swap in and nothing happend what is going on with me do u want me quit lihl ? just say it and i never play again.

Like I said, you are half of our work nowadays. If you can't play, don't sign. I don't want you to quit LIHL, but if you can't follow some simple rules you are going to be unbanned for longer after this. You literally signed 20 seconds before you couldn't play anymore.

Also you left a game and didn't show up another in the last 2 weeks. Same type of offences. Nobody else in the league leaves games as often as that. I would really advice you to follow the rules from now on. Since your last offence was 2 days unvouch I am willing to reduce your ban to 3 days if you can link us the rules and promise to not leave/not show up games you are signed for anymore.

Like potatoe said, it's just getting too much. Our observers couldn't play so we had to search for someone outside of game for this.

I know urges come up quick, but you signed as last and then 20 seconds later you couldn't play anymore. I am sorry, but that is just 'bullshit' (sorry for the terrible pun in there).

@ Fana please link the rules as Mick says and u will get ban reduction. I also guess that next time you could advice that you are leaving for a reason and wont be able to play instead of just dissapear. Man, not that hard to have some common sense and communicate with the other ppl that are actually waiting for u...

We spoke, and I do believe this was a real life emergency based on the details given. Though it is clear that fana has had a history of problems, which has led to this long(er) ban, I support a reduction since he has now posted the game rules and talked to me. He apologized and it felt sincere; we will have very little tolerance for any violations done by you going forward @fanatismo

My verdict is that, given the circumstances, you know by now based on our conversation that you are being closely monitored, and cannot really afford to break any more rules with your track record. Appealing is not going to be very effective for you in the future, as we have given you many chances. This one felt different to me though, since it was from an "emergency" and not just negligence.

When these type of things happen, please find a way to let us know, so we do not mistakenly ban you for something that is out of your hands. Life stuff happens, and we are not here to punish for that. We just need to ensure that rules are being followed, and there is no abuse of trust. And try not to sign if you feel that you won't have time to play the full game out.

You have served a day of your ban, and since this was "an emergency", which I have not seen you claim before, I will reduce your unvouch to 1 day from now(so around 12 p.m. ET tomorrow). Speak to Mick if you want any further clarification/verdict on this case.

We reserve the right to change this verdict, if it cannot be agreed upon fully by the moderation team. So, please do not post another appeal if this happens, as you are kind of a "special" case by now with all the issues you have had in the recent past.
