Perhaps got a screenshot showing how long the game was hosted before you swapped/started? No one mentioned any time or so in lobby so it is hard to judge.

The game used 6 mins in lobby. After 3 mins and 30 sec they found out fana was last, and it went 2 mins 30 sec before they started the game with someone else because he didnt show up.

It takes 15 sec between each: [System]: Waiting for 2 more players before the game will automatically start. (www.entgaming.net)
and there was 24 msgs from the system = 6 mins.
