Query about bot hosting

Can anybody specify the rules for hosts when they use ENT Bots? I just got kicked from a Hero Line War because the host didn't like how I was sending troll priests at the start of the game/

We dont have rule for privately hosted games except for the ones listed on the hosting guide page and the usage of third party tools rule.
