Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):@16 min: meepo moves towards scourge mid base entrance and intercepts unseen player with net, @ 23 min: meepo pulls out of easy kill when scourge players approach but are out of his vision, @24 min: meepo blinks into top scourge base entrance without vision and lands on top of leshrac, @35 min: While throne is being attacked meepo backs out to secret shop to kill invis legion commander without any vision of said player.
Any further thoughts: There were several instances that were not blatant throughout the match. Several times he was attacking towers without creeps around, I didn't mark these cause they were secondary in my mind.

Backdooring is acceptable in the ENT rules. I am not sure about the maphack, I will leave it to someone more experienced in that.

1. BD is not against the rules
2. @16 mins, he scouts out pitlord jumps into tower with both ES and Pitlord... dies... if he had maphack why would he do that.
3. @23 - 24 mins I don't see anything that screams maphack, he doesnt have vision but he sees 3-4 heroes in another lane so he charges because one person cant take him
4. @35 mins meepo had gem and there were wards there...

If anything you can see fogclicks from Gondar a, Leshrac and Earthshaker in the game. (Gondar for sure though.)

@35 min did you see how much gold meepo had? It wasn't as if LC was hiding in the trees he was standing in a very commonly walked area and meepo could be heading that way to buy stuff, farm ancients, kill roshan and LC got caught.

@24 mins, this was already explained, the jump on leshrac is not a jump on him, but more a dive into the base, because meepo can see most of the heroes at bottom in a fight. Meepo was just back dooring and leshrac got caught.

I disagree but that's up to the mods now.

Maybe you can explain something that I found odd though. When looking at the replay log it shows entries for mittlebittle killing imperson8, who was in the orange slot that dropped at the beginning of the match. Is that him freezing and unfreezing the hero or something?

Meepo was just a pro meepo. I understand how you can think he's maphacking.

I know you have suspicious over him. But this isn't enough to ban the user. If you have something more against Meepo user. I will be open.

Cause for one move we don't ban someone. Maybe he just took his meepo to go to the bottom lane. And micro tp around to get push. He saw lc due to gem and killed it.

Meepo was pretty high skilled. That's why I don't make a case of 'one' situation.
