Replay Link: http://storage.entgaming.net/replay/vie ... 090389.w3g
Game Name: [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #9
Your Warcraft III Username: 3v1L
Violator's Warcraft III Username:deathsprite
Violated Rule(s): Maphack
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 15:19, 33:36 (replay times)
Any further thoughts: Both of these times as you will see have shown deathsprite, goes back to tower or gets ready to cast the skill. I cannot 100% say he mhs as I do not know how to check for fogclicks but my whole team including one of the mods believe so as well. I hope someone can check this, Thanks.

Watched the whole game. There were no fog clicks by deathsprite confirmed by drm.
At the 15:19 time you want reviewed: thrall is alone at your bottom tower. He turns away at 15:14, then turns again towards tower, then turns away at 15:15, then turns back towards tower, then turns at 15:18 and runs back to his tower. What I see here, is someone who thinks i'ts likely hes about to get charged, and with the knowledge that necro was right there (he had seen him) it seems to me a prudent retreat. It was too soon after your charge started to be a reaction to it. Nobody has reflexes like that. He ran back behind the trees behind the tower. He had a tp scroll but didnt use it. Suspicious yes, but definitive no, in my opinion.
At the 33:36 time he started back at 33:26, and u charged at 33:30.
33:30 <3v1L> 0x19: Select subgroup: [Disruptor], 0x0000E6D200005E85
Also, there were many times in game where if he had maphack he would never go where he did ( for example once warding at his side of the river near rosh when sb unknowingly was creeping sentinel forest there).
Also, sniper during the game accused thrall, mortred, and spectre of maphacking. Which maybe isnt surprising when you consider he just came off a ban for maphack himself. Sometimes the mh bug, once planted....
So I can find nothing definitive here.
