Any further thoughts: Sniper afked and the way he played it seems he was deliberately losing the game. He is only lvl 8 for a 46 min game.

Ley respawned at 21:35 and remained at fountain until 28:27. During that time he moved twice involuntarily due to zeus ult, and twice voluntarily to reset the afk timer. He did sell his yasha at 39:54 but he immediately bought the second half of lothars with the money. For the remainder of the game he continued to feed, and he blamed his prolonged afk time on lag.

Prolonged afk (almost 7 minutes) confirmed. I think this prolonged afk and his play also constitutes game ruin.
