Can't ban for taking items, it's basically ''first come, first served''.

Regarding maphack, can you make it more clear please?

Who Map Hacks?
What timestamps?
What did he do (brief explanation)?

If you only have one timestamp for map hack, chances it will be enough to warrant a MH ban are slight, I recommend you find a few more.
