He was already 2 or 3 full units in dark green at lvl 10 (when we saw him due to arena).

I never pulled or anything.You should find more healthy ways to use your energy than reporting everything.

I really don't understand this rule. If you know you won't pull why does it matter? He wasn't trying to pull or abuse aura-sharing / cross building. It's ridiculous to have to alter your entire build positioning because you're afraid of getting reported for this very reason. Players should be careful to not built ridiculously far into the green, that's true, but banning someone for 1-2 spaces would be silly.
