My elo doesn't update

my 1v1 elo hasn't updated should be 95/71 not 91/70 been waiting ages for it to change something is wrong in game name is F474L on Europe please fix it asap .

this is bull shit ! it starts working again when i'm losing ? all of a sudden it's updating perfectly fine and i miss out on 4 wins 1 lose ?

been hours and no ent reply ? is nothing going to be done , what so your program that records the elo was fucked up for few hours so you don't care what people had and ignore the issue ? i know this was an issue because 2 other players i played after complained about same thing .
