Why are people getting banned if their wifi crashes its not like you can get back into the game. Banning has just got stupid you ban people for reasons they can't help or have no control over you need to have a better process before someone is banned not just because one person says so. Is this site run by a bunch of 11 year olds who have no concept of probabilities?

Hello,

1) The bot autobans anyone who leaves and disconnects a team-oriented game. Autoban is not enabled where -1 player does not impact others.

2) Autoban duration is based on one's stay rate, number of games, and ban frequency (recent ban history). Depending on your bot stats, you may be autobanned from few minutes to many days.

2) Whether you disconnect or leave or pull the plug or rage quit, the impact to the game is same: one player is lost, so teams are unbalanced. Although if you do appeal, we will likely approve if you disconnected and seems like a non-frequent tech problem. Anyone who disconnects often will be treated as a game ruinner since knowingly playing under an unstable connection is unacceptable and inconsiderate.

Ofc you should have a lot of control over your own technical equipment and internet...after all, you pay for it and it is your property.
