Any further thoughts: Several teammates asked what he was doing and why. He would walk up to 2 to 4 heros by himself and die. We requested he play safer and he continued to feed. Pretty much nobody else would vote to kick him so I'm not requesting for not votekicking. We asked him to leave and he didn't want ban... instead he kept feeding.

He's uber noob. Not intentional feeding but if you look at his other games you'll see he ruins a lot of games by his poor game play.

His play is comparably equal to intentional feeding. If you do not use basic sense to walk away from 4v1 fights and/or take advice from teammates, you are essentially intentionally feeding. These players do not add to the game.
