Perma-banned due to same IPs on University Network

Due to other people getting their accounts banned that are on my University's IP... I am permanently banned through IP association.

Any way I could get around this? I don't leave games or use any kind of programs, and I sit solidly between a 90-95% stay % (only reason it's not higher is the occasional desync, which happens fairly frequently in the games I play.

I can understand the reluctance to safeadd a user, but given my credentials, stay %, and contributions, I ask that an exception to be made. I only like playing on ENT bots, and due to me now being on a university network, this won't be possible without being safeadded.

I would appreciate a response, or even moreso, a point in the direction of who to contact personally about this issue.

I don't see any bans on the IP address you posted from. If this is a problem then we can whitelist your forum account for ENT Connect, so that you would be able to avoid any bans that aren't by your username when playing on ENT Connect. But since it doesn't look like you're banned, it doesn't seem like a problem...
