First of all I want to say that I think the admin who dealt with this was misled by privateRyan (shirley_) (luna), and also was careless in dealing with the case.

1)privateRyan posted the ban request in third person, instead of writing me he kept writing luna, calling himself the best player in that game and what not.

2)he didn't use timestamps, if you watch the replay you can see he was not the best player in our team by far, yet the admin still banned us for voting and said "a person who has been contributing the most to the team", which makes me think he didn't watch the replay, only read the chat.

**this is not a complaint against the admin in question, I know there are a lot of cases to look at and time is limited.

I had a look at the replay to see why I had tried to kick luna and I saw a few reasons (times are ingame timer, not replay timer):

1) 05:20 both mid towers are down, luna hasn't asked for help a single time, luna also dies to duel once.

2) Luna doesn't call miss mid. Around 06:00 a fed lc cuts top, and together with sniper kills husk and takes top tower while luna is roaming mid. Luna goes top to help.

3)lc dives past tower, riki smokes him and lc uses bm, then chases riki and duels him (bm is off and on cd now) luna stands by and doesn't ulti. Riki dies, then lc uses bm again and huskar dies (or maybe huskar dies and lc uses bm can't remember the order). Lc attacks luna a few times, luna goes backs a bit, I (yurnero) come in from the side to try to get Lc, he retreats, luna could have used beam since bm was on cd, but decided to farm treants and catapult. Lc escapes. 08:10.

At this point i started a votekick against luna because she was ruining the game by feeding two towers in 5 min and not helping teammates at all. Imo trying to cut the feeding before it gets so bad it absolutely ruins the game is completely reasonable. Specially players like luna that watch teamates die without helping I prefer to kick early because this type of gameplay doesn't change.

I started at least 2 more votekicks later in the game for similar reasons. I will write in more detail about the rest of the game if you think it's necessary but I think those first 8 min give you an ide of what luna was like.

It still does not give you the right to votekick that player. He still provided contribution in teamfights. He is obviously noob in this case if he failed to clean up heroes. However, it still does not give you the right to votekick him unless he intentionally feeds. Throwing, however, is a different story. In cases of VK, you look at contribution and what they do in fights. He did alright but it wasn't sufficient.

That being said, you are unbanned regardless since its a first time offence.
