8 Player requitement for Risk Devo

Most of the rng community has moved onto this website, since the host website has died, which means that it can be very sluggish to get games going. If the host of Devolution could lower to limit to 8, it would be greatly appreciated.

@ChosenUndead apologies for the delay, feel free to bump thread if it's been a few days since posting the suggestion. This should now be done, the autohost limit is 8 and votestart can be done starting with four players.
