Suggestion for X Hero Siege

I think red should announce the mode for players that r asking him.
They never answer and they pretend to be afk but they r not.
Choosing normal or easy mode or not dual heroes make 90% of players leave the game, so it a waste of time.
Also extreme 4 is hard for some ppl and when red picks it they also leave.
What i suggest:
Or red answer the mode or we should be allowed to votekick him on lobby.

Do u think is possible to do a elo for hero siege? Its not team vs team but i think if a player finish the mission ( kill all bosses ) they should earn 15 elo... So we know who is good and who isnt ( helps to choose the game mode )

It is convered by the general rules.. if red ignores questions regarding the mode or enables one without announcing it, you can report him.
