Complaint about admin: agreements

I just played a game with admin 'agreements:

I am not very good at Dota, so I do not live up to the good players expectations of a good player, bot I really do my best.

When I do something bad (not on purpose), people will start flaming me, as well as other bad players. I expect this from public games, and there is nothing to do about it. Therefore I will ignore teammates that flames my screen full of irrelevant comments about how bad I am. I know I am bad, but I do my best.

This complaint is about the admin agreements, who kicked me from the game without reason. He started flaming me, and I had to ignore him (I play on laptop, and too many comments becomes very anoying).
