LTD - New rule against merc leavers

Can we please have a rule saying that if a Merc leaves at round 31 (the level he cant build) he will get a bigger bann? Its so annoying having people leaving on purpose after been playing the most safe towerbuilder all game.

Agreed. If someone chooses to have the advantages of the merc builder he should also live with the disadvantages.

I also think leaving as a merc for the final level should be further bannable because timing wise, imo, leaking everything from the get go during the final level impacts the result of the game.

Sure, leavers are taken care of by autoban. Unlike cross valuer leaving (we dont further punish for this due to the fact that going cross is a risk assumed by both duo partners), it seems more unfair for a merc builder to leave since a merc builder is a solo + considering its somewhat advantage early, its greatest disadvantage (not able to build final level) should not be avoidable.

In the end this is a pub game - you cannot introduce many rules which do not have a significant impact on the game.

Auto ban takes care of leavers. Play on no cross bot if you do not want merc players and advertise that it is there for people to play there if they dislike merc so much.
