Denied. Leavers are handled by autoban. If you think that a rule should be implemented, which prohibits/punishes mercs leaving for lvl 31 or shortly prior, then you can suggest that in the suggestion section here: viewforum.php?f=9

I cannot punish him for a rule that doesn't exist.
