Situation: My cousin was learning to play dota today on the same ip as mine, and he told me he was votekicked (i think we wasn't very good . And by account also got banned since we played from 1 place. Is there any way you could separate this ban's or unban him. You can't blame guy for trying.
Why you should be unbanned: I think the situation explain my innocence. My acc's are:

I got 2 separate acc because sometimes i don't want to be disturbed by my clan mates wanting to ply dota with me
