Situation: Banned for accidentally pausing.
Why you should be unbanned:

I would like someone beyond who responded to my topic as follows to respond: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=33702

Clearly this person has no idea what he is talking about, and I would like someone that respects the community above a half ass response to deal with this issue. First, I did the initial pause on accident, calling me a liar is down right disrespect. After the first pause I did not unpause or repause a single time because as I said it was unintentional. I thought the keybind was Alt + (key) out of my bad memory. I still do not know which is exit game.

As for the other 3 that got banned, they had absolutely NOTHING to do with it. They were 3 random players trying to unpause a mistake I made. I think it is just the most inconsiderate thing to post in Ravakia's thread that he is a liar, and to also not even read what he had posted. Clearly this moderator needs to have training, because that is down right disrespectful and looks horrible for this community.

I am defending others because they don't deserve to be banned. I myself would love to be unbanned.

But let me set up a scenario for you. Let's get a group of 5 players, and go into a game. One of us pause and the rest of us spam pause and let's see what happens. As soon as it unpaused, other people that clicked it will pause the game automatically, followed by subsequent unpause etc.

Edit* If you look at the whole log, all those pauses/unpauses happened in about a 4 second span, which is really fast. Spamming the button triggers instant pause/unpause, there is no countdown for a follow up pause.

Not hard to unpause someone and NOT PAUSE. Plz tell me they have eyes and can read buttons.

Coincidental that everyone decided to unpause and pause repeatedly at that instance?

Coincidental that you decided to may b quit the game at that instance?

My apologies for typing clicked, I wasn't being specific at the time as to how the mistake occurred. I didn't realize I typed this until I was provided the picture showing the location of the Pause + Exit. As for the follow up pauses/unpauses, at no point in chat did I or any others communicate synchronized pausing to get a player killed. The reason for me leaving at that point in the game was because I was watching the Makrura, and I assumed he was going to die, so I was going to leave because I was Arachnid with no gold, and there was no possible way I would be able to base and defeat the titan + minions without feeding him further.

So, you leave a game in the middle = you get autoban.

So, you can say "sorry, I micommunicated and said I clicked" and you want me to believe your story of accidental pause at tat instance when my action log evidence is more convincing? oO

I dont believe others' pause/resume to be "accidental". Even if you guys did not have negative intentions, fact is you guys negatively impacted a user's game experience = game ruin.

Your ban has been reduced to a day. Whether you think this 1 day ban as a result of pause abuse or leaving the game is your choice. But do remember, ruining is ruining.
