Kickable or Not?

Looking upon the ban requests and appeal requests and to my experience,
we do face siatuations where we are confused whether to agree for votekick or not.

Would like to listen about your thoughts!

On LTD rule, it says
'Selling towers in an attempt to lose the game.'

But what if they catch like lvl 1~2 and going income. - or even just straight income.
(people might call it 'suicide incomer')
and even selling all tower to go additional wisp. (and ofc they are NOT crossing)
But they do have clear intension to WIN the game, by sending strong mobbs & early upping king.

Ofc, it sounds risky and those incommer's teammates might not like it.
Their teammates are calling for the votekick from the momment they sold their towers.
You didn't agreed on early votekick, as you can be banned by votekicking innocent.

Now, you've suffered from hardcore sending throughout lvl 10.
Survived through all that, you see that '0 value' and high lumber lvl on the arena fight.
And their teammates asks for votekick again, stating that incomers has 0 values.
But incomer is willing to play. (voting !no)

In this case, those incomers sold their towers but has no intension to 'attempt to lose'.
However, their teammates 'constantly' requested to kick those players.

Are we suppose to agree on this votekick?
(Though you don't have to think about this if you've already lost on lvl 7 or so...!!!)
Or just continue on the game without votekick as it's their turn to suffer with low value?

Ofc u have to kick him... It's a team killer guy.... He has no intention to win the game since 0 value and leaking the entire Lane... The team can't hold his Lane and sends together! He should also be banned and the guys who refused to kick him too! In my opinion Ofc but let's see what mods will say haha if u can post the replay would be also good

I get your point but as merc is an option I don't think he has to do 0 value
not going merc would in my eyes be teamkilling (if he has the option (can't do it in 3.5 or in -li mode)) but except for that I would also consider it teamkilling even though he has the best intentions
On the other hand if his team agrees that the person can't recover and the team decides that it's for the best he just goes 100% income then I ofc. wouldn't see it as teamkilling as it was done together as a team
