I would say its hard to argue that all mods can expertly do every game and that's why people 'specialize'.
Considering that the majority of brq's not in processed atm are bs/id I don't see how I couldn't be useful and I've played many games of bs/id.

I have at least a basic interpretation of the dota rules and if the brq was straight forward I could definitely do it correctly and if it wasn't straight forward I'd either ignore it or just comment.

I like how millitary is this app'... Isn't this application is to offer is free time? You guys are so rude, just make it simple :

Be respectful, polit and nice with everyone around the forum.
You need to know what you're doing, if you think you know what you're doing, don't do it! (Goes with knowledge of the games)
You'll represent ENT and if in any ways you abuse your power you'll get out. (You get a chance normaly)
You'll need to be mature and act without any bias on every (even your's) BRQ.
You'll try to not troll and insult/flame others in-n-out of games (this include forum manners).

If you can't follow these simples rules (wich include normal one for all others) say it now and we won't add you (By we I meant these admins). If you think you can do this and help over the BRQ/Appeal section, thanks for your time.
