Now people are judging by elo like when there is a person with low elo example below 700 they will like kick , choosing team with higher elo that doesn't ensure a better win isn't it? Elo Doesnt Means Everything In My Opinion , Who Here Agrees Too?

Elo is a stats rating.
Elo is a general representaiton of a player's skill.
Elo's accuracy and relevance...is arguable and depends on the nature of the game.

If someone initiated a votekick just because someone has low elo or is a noob, feel free to file a ban request.

Low elo players really shouldn't be kicked just because they have low elo, anyone has the right to play this game no matter how bad he might be. I only find votekick against low elo players with like 0-10 stats and alot less than 50% avg stay reasonable as they're with very high chance trolls that should be permabanned anyway (Tho that's extreeeeeemly rare).
