Where can I see if servers are shutdown?

Normally, I always get irritated because I cant see my games and when I check some other forums I see servers are shutdown. Can you just make another forum if there is a shutdown and how much time will it take. If there is already, can you send me the link

We are aware of the issue, you can only host on LA, Europe and Atlanta though, from what I've experienced.
