Fountain farming rule

The Fountain farming rule in Dota is terrible and needs to be re-implemented. Right now it has to be more than 3 minutes of continuous farming in order to be bannable. Everyone who plays dota on ent regularly knows this, and will fountain farm for just under 3 minutes, then go attack some structures for a minute or so, then come back and farm again. Current rules make this entirely legit. Game I just played we had a total noob, which we couldn't boot because being new isn't breaking the rules, and he didn't know how to ff, so the other team racked up about 50 kills at fountain and only one of them actually was "fountain farming" under current rules.

Fountain farming time is up to moderator discretion first of all. I for one allow 0 fountain farming. Also Fountain farming is 3 minutes accumulative not hey I can fountain farm for 2 and a half minutes. Go buy an item and resume for 2 and a half more. If they were fountain farming post it in a ban request.

@BadIdeas I have now edited the ENT rules so now it says this: • Excessive fountain farming: fountain farming for over a TOTAL three minutes or so is not allowed; end the game as soon as possible, because kills do not give you an important bonus.

I just added the word total. Obviously the moderator was a bit confused of the wording no harm no foul I have notified him now. Also if there is fountain farming that is up to even 2 and a half minutes where its ridiculous just post it anyways if I process it most likely they will be banned.
