Do you mean have autoban? Stay percent ignoring isn't something that exists currently.
If this is related to ban appeals for autobans in other games, you should use the leave percentage instead of stay percentage. Leave percentage is the percentage of games that the player was autobanned in for leaving, so it'll ignore games that have autoban disabled.

Oh ok. Just that I've had a player who had a bad stay % for playing azeroth wars, he left a game early then was banned for having a low stay %.
